Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2010
The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 24/10/2019 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: C323 (Part), West Dean; from property known as Pullman House for approximately 30 metres across the level crossing in a northerly direction to enable Network Rail to carry out maintenance works on the level crossing. Alternative route: via C323 (unaffected length) - Dean Road - Church Lane - Coach Road - East Tytherley - Moodys Hill and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 13 April 2019 will now recommence on 12 October 2019 and the closure will be required between the hours of 23:00 and 08:00 until 13 October 2019. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Over Street (Part), Stapleford; from its junction with A36 Warminster Road for a distance of approximately 100 metres in a northerly direction to enable Wessex Water to carry out sewer renovation works. Alternative route: via Over Street (unaffected length) - B3083 Berwick Road - A36 Warminster Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 28 October 2019 and the closure will be required daily until 01 November 2019. This Order will come into operation on 03 November 2019 and the closure will be required daily between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 for one day. This Order will come into operation on 28 October 2019 the closure will be required between the hours of 19:00 and 06:00 until 30 October 2019. This Order will come into operation on 06 November 2019 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 15:00 for one day. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: E) C306 (Part), East Knoyle; from its junction with Touchorne Lane to its junction with Sutton bottom to enable Ringway to carry out drainage repairs. Alternative route: via Sutton Bottom - C305 - Touchorne Lane and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 07 October 2019 and the closure will be required daily between the hours of 08:00 and 16:30 until 11 October 2019. Order will come into operation on 09 October 2019 and the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00 until 15 October 2019.
