Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all users: Footpath 13, Calne; from its junction with A3102 Silver Street for a distance of approximately 120 metres in a southerly direction to enable Construction works of housing development. Alternative route: Public highway and Public rights of way. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This closure which follows an emergency notice will come into operation 07 January 2020 and are anticipated to be required for 06 months. This Notice will have a maximum duration of 06 months. Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 The County of Wiltshire (Easton Lane, Chippenham) (30mph Speed Limit) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be as follows: To introduce a 30mph speed limit on the following lengths of road: Easton Lane -From a point 16 metres south west of its junction with B4528 Saltersford Lane in a south westerly direction to a point on the western side of the access to Hunters Moon, a length of 386 metres; Easton Lane - from its junction with Methuen Park for a length of 47 metres in a south westerly direction.

Copies of the draft Order, plan and Statement of the Council's Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Quakers Lane, Hilmarton; from its junction with New Zealand to its junction with A3102 to enable Avonline to carry out excavation works to lay cable for new fibre. Alternative route: via A3102 - New Zealand and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 10 February 2020 and the closure will be required until 24 February 2020. The above order, made on 7 January 2020, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the following public footpaths located at Farleaze Farm, Farleaze, Malmesbury: Footpath Sherston 18 (part) leading from OSGR ST 8621-8355 in a broadly south-easterly direction for approximately 419m to OSGR ST 8650-8328, to a new route from OSGR ST

8621-8355, in a northerly direction for approximately 40m to OSGR ST 8621-8358 and

then continuing in an easterly direction for approximately 451m to OSGR ST 8667-8355 having a width of 2m.

Footpath Hullavington 25 leading from OSGR ST 8650-8328 in a broadly easterly direction for approximately 881m to OSGR ST 8727-8338, to a new route from OSGR ST 8667-8355, in a broadly southerly direction for approximately 92m to OSGR ST 8667-8347 and then continuing in a broadly easterly direction for approximately 568m to OSGR ST 8722-8346 having a width of 2m.

Footpath Hullavington 26 (part) leading from OSGR ST 8705-8362 in a southerly direction for approximately 377m to OSGR ST 8706-8325; to a new route from OSGR

ST 8705-8362, in a southerly direction for approximately 192m to OSGR ST 8703-8343

having a width of 2m.

Thereupon the Malmesbury Rural District Council area definitive map and statement dated 1952 shall be modified accordingly.

A copy of the order and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Rights of Way and Countryside, Waste and Environment, Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £5. Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to Ali Roberts, Definitive Map Officer, at the above address not later than 5pm on 13 February 2020. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Wiltshire Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.

NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 - SECTION 119 AND WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 - SECTION 53

THE WILTSHIRE COUNCIL ROWDE 13 (PART) DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP

AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2019

On 23 December 2019, Wiltshire Council confirmed the above order made under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the order as confirmed is to divert Footpath Rowde 13 (part) at Rowde Hill Farm, The Common, Rowde leading from OSGR ST 9646-6305 in a north-westerly direction for approximately 223m to OSGR ST 9626-6319 and then continuing in a west-north-westerly direction for approximately 226m to OSGR ST 9607-6323, to a new route at OSGR ST 9646-6305, in a north-westerly direction for approximately 240m and then continuing in a south-south-westerly direction for approximately 116m at ST 9623-6309 having a width of 3m. Thereupon the Devizes Rural District Council Area Definitive Map and Statement dated 1952 shall be modified accordingly.

A copy of the order as confirmed and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the Rights of Way and Countryside Section, Waste and Environment, Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £5.

The order comes into force on 23 December 2019, but if a person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, he or she may under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within 6 weeks from 16 January 2020 make an application to the High Court.
