Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Church Hill (Part), West Overton;

from outside of property known as Pump house, West Overton for a distance of approximately 40 metres in a southerly direction to enable Thames Water to carry out an interim to permanent reinstatement. Alternative route: via Church Hill (unaffected length) - C202 - Bell Lane - A4 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 03 February 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 15:00 for one day. For further information please contact

maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (Chippenham and Chippenham Without) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Prohibition of Stopping, Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2019 (Amendment No.2) Order 2020 (Previously advertised as The County of Wiltshire (Chippenham and Chippenham Without) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2016

(Amendment No.4) Order 2018).

Notice is hereby given that on 21 January 2020 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act of 1984") and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Chippenham and Chippenham Without Consolidation Order 2019 by revoking Map Schedule No. CT39 dated 21 October 2019 for administrative purposes only with no changes to be made on the ground and Map Schedule No. CQ36 dated 21 October 2019 and replacing them by the insertion of revised Map Schedule Nos. CQ36 and CT39 dated 3 February 2020 the effect of which will be as follows: a) To remove No Waiting Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm on Middlefield Road - east side - from a point 22 metres south of its junction with Bristol Road for a distance of 22 metres in a southerly direction; b) To introduce No Waiting at any time on Cornfields - north side -from its junction with Middlefield Road for a distance of 35 metres in an easterly direction; Middlefield Road -east side - from a point 22 metres south of its junction with Bristol Road to its junction with Cornfields; Middlefield Road - west side - i) from a point 45 metres south of its junction with Bristol to a point 10 metres north of its junction with Middle Leaze ii) from a point 8 metres south of its junction with Middle Leaze for a distance of 6 metres in a southerly junction iii) from a point outside the southern boundary of property No.16 Middlefield Road for a distance of 22 metres in a southerly direction; Middlefield Road -north side - from its junction with Middle Leaze for a distance of 35 metres in an easterly direction. A copy of the Orders and plans may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the Act of 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984 or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order will come into operation on

3 February 2020.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Collins Lane (Part), Purton; from property known as 4 Collins Lane for a distance of approximately 150 metres in a south westerly direction to enable Network Rail to access and egress RRV Machine. Alternative route: via Collins Lane (unaffected length) - B4553 The Pry/ Packhorse - Cricklade Road - Widham - Station Road and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 21 August 2019 will now recommence on 04 February 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 23:00 and 05:00 until 05 February 2020. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months.
