Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 21/02/2020 quoting the reference number. NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER PUBLIC PATH EXTINGUISHMNET ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 BURBAGE 6 (PART) EXTINGUISHMENT ORDER 2020

The above order, made on 13th January 2020, under section 118 of the Highways Act, will extinguish part of footpath Burbage 6 over land at Eastcourt Road, Burbage. The section of path to be extinguished is a 21 metre by 3.3 metre section running from OS Grid Reference SU 2342 6131 to SU 2344 6131, the remaining footpath will retain a width of 4.7 metres at this section. A copy of the order and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Rights of Way and Countryside, Communities and Neighbourhood, Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN from 9:00am to 5:00pm on Monday to Friday. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £5.00. NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 AND WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 THE WILTSHIRE COUNCIL GREAT HINTON 6 AND 16 DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2020

The above order, made on 20th January 2020, under section 119 of the Highways Act, will divert the public footpaths north of Back Lane, Great Hinton running from OS Grid Reference ST 9055 5902 leading in a north north westerly direction for approximately 204 metres to ST 9046 5919 and the path leading from ST 9062 5903 leading in a north easterly direction for approximately 271 metres to ST 9074 5926 to a new route leading from OS Grid Reference ST 9046 5919 in a east north easterly direction then southerly direction for approximately 379 metres to ST 9074 5926. The new path having a width of 2 metres between ST 9048 5922 and ST 9074 5925 and a width of 3 metres between

2. The County of Wiltshire (B3098, Bratton, Cheverell Magna, Cheverell Parva, Coulston, Edington, Erlestoke and Westbury) (50mph Speed Limit) Order 2020

(Previously advertised as 2019) Notice is hereby given that on 21 January 2020 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to revoke The County of Wiltshire (B3098, Bratton, Cheverell Magne, Cheverell Parva, Coulston, Edington, Erlestoke and Westbury) (50mph Speed Limit) Order 2012 and re-enact it, in part, for administrative purposes only and to introduce a 40mph speed limit on B3098 Bratton Road - from a point 83 metres east of its junction with Bitham Park to a point 100 metres east of its junction with the entrance to the White Horse viewing area car park. A copy of the Orders and plan may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Orders and desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in the Orders on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Actor any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Orders will come into operation on 3 February 2020.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) B3097 Station Road (Part), Westbury; from its property known as 3 Station Road for a distance of approximately 20 metres in a north westerly direction to enable Wessex Water to install Washout valves and associated works. Alternative route: via B3097 (unaffected length) - Rosefield Way-The Mead - A350 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 24 February 2020 and the closure will be required until 28 February 2020. For further information please contact Simon Phillips (Wessex Water) on 03456004600. B) A3098 Leigh Road (Part), Westbury; from its junction with Springfield Road for distance of approximately 100 metres in a north easterly direction to enable Wessex Water to carry out manhole cover replacement. Alternative route: via A3098 (unaffected length) - Mane Way - Oldfield Road - B3097 - A350 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 27 February 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for one day. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: D) B3109 Bradford Leigh (Part), South Wraxall; from its junction with Lower South Wraxall to its junction with C224 to enable Tarmac to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated maintenance works. Alternative route: via B3109 (unaffected length) - B3105 - A363 - Bathford Hill -C48 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 07 February 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 15:00 for one day. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
