EASTLEIGH BOROUGH COUNCIL TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (GENERAL PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 (AS AMENDED) NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF A DIRECTION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT MADE UNDER ARTICLE 4(1)
EASTLEIGH BOROUGH COUNCIL GIVES NOTICE that the
Council has confirmed a direction made under article 4(1) of the
Town and Country (General Permitted Development) (England)
Order 2015 (as amended) ("the Order").
The direction applies to development comprised within Class E
of Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Order and not being development
comprised within any other Class of the Order.
The direction relates to all properties within the defined boundary
of Old Bursledon Conservation Area.
The effect of the direction is that permission granted under article 3 of the said Order shall not apply to the types of development specified in the direction and that such development shall not be carried out at the properties specified in the direction unless planning permission is granted by the Council on an application made to them.
