Test Valley Borough Council Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990

The Council has received the applications listed below which require advertising under one of the above Acts:-

20/00960/VARS - Vary condition 2 of 19/02619/ FULLS (Two storey side extension to provide living room with bedroom and bathroom over and erection of detached garage) substituting drawings nos. 104/P003A and 104/P001C with 104/P003D and 104/P005A, and to vary conditions 6 and 7 to read as a single condition: The landscape plan 104/PP05A hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the management plan -1 Queenwood Rise, Broughton.

20/00973/FULLS - Two storey side extension to provide additional living space - Fernlea, Salisbury Road, Sherfield English. The applications are available for public inspection on our website

. Any comments about an application should be received by the Council by 12th June 2020 and will be available for both inspection and copying. In the event of an appeal against the refusal of planning permission in relation to a householder application, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
