Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 Article 4(1) Direction with 'Immediate Effect' - Land at 'Old Nurseries', adj. Burton Field, Mere, Warminster, Wiltshire, BA12 6FH
This Direction has the immediate effect of removing 'permitted development' entitlement for development otherwise permitted by Article 3 of the Order and described in Schedule 2, Part 2, Class A of the Order -that is, the erection, construction, maintenance, improvement or alteration of a gate, fence, wall or other means of enclosure.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Ttsbury Row (Part), Tisbury; for a distance of approximately 20 metres either side of the railway bridge to enable Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd to carry out Structural examination of Railway Bridge and associated works. Alternative route: via Tisbury Row (unaffected length) - jobbers Lane - Station Road - The Avenue -Court Street and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 15 October 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 21:00 and 05:00 for 1 night. For further information please contact Centurion Site Services 01132 775360 on behalf of Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: B) Milston Road (Part), Bulford; from its junction with Bulford Droveway to its junction with Footpath 8, Bulford to enable Openreach access to overhead network for fibre cabling and associated works. Alternative route: via C32 - Ablington -Avon Banks - High Street - A345 - A3028 - Salisbury Road - Milston Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 21 September 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 until 22 September 2020. Q St Bartholomews Street (Part) Donhead St Andrew; from its junction with Lower Street for a distance of approximately 140 metres in a westerly direction to enable R.Mouldings to carry out emergency repairs to boundary wall. Alternative route: via St Bartholomews (unaffected length) - Pigtrough Lane - C61 and vice versa. This notice which follows an emergency notice will come into operation on 22 September 2020 and it will be required 03 November 2020. For further information please contact Nick Sheppard of R.Mouldings on 08451230111. Orders (a) to (c) will have a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
