Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 The County of Wiltshire (Cradidge Lane, Salisbury) (Prohibition of Motor Vehicles) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of motor vehicles (except for access and motorcycles) on Cradidge Lane - the complete length. Documents will not be deposited for viewing at Council Offices which are currently closed to the public due to Covid-19. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) B3083 (Part), Winterbourne Stoke and Shrewton; from its junction with the A303 to its junction with the A360 to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated works. Alternative route: via A360 - A303 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 26 October 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 until 13 November 2020. B) Tytherley Road (Part), Wlnterslow; from its junction with West Dean Road for a distance of approximately 200 metres in a northerly direction to enable Openreach to carry out cabling works. Alternative route: via Out of County - C323 - Grimstead Road - Southampton Road - Clarendon Road -Long Drove - Butterfurlong Road - Long Drove - Livery Road - The Plantation -Middleton - Middleton Road - The Common - Tytherley Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 26 October 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 until 29 October 2020. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
