Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (North Street and West Street, Wilton) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to introduce No Waiting at any time on North Street - west side - from a point 3 metres south of its southern boundary with property No. 23 North Street for a distance of 12 metres in a north easterly direction; West Street - south side - from its southern boundary with property No. 31 West Street for a distance of 22 metres in a northerly direction. Documents will not be deposited for viewing at Council Offices which are currently closed to the public due to Covid-19. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: A345 Castle Road (Part), Salisbury - Northbound Only; from its junction with A36 Churchhill Way West to its junction with Butts Road to enable Highways England to carry out carriageway crossing for cabling of new streetlighting infrastructure. Alternative route: via A345 (unaffected length) - A303 - A36 and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 07 September 2020 will now recommence on 06 November 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 19:00 and 06:00 until 10 November 2020. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. Notice is hereby given that on 21 October 2020 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act of 1984") and the Traffic Management Act 2004 the effect of which will be is as follows: - To introduce No waiting at any time on the east side of Idmiston Road from a point approximately 17 metres south of its junction with the entrance to St Nicholas Primary School for a distance of approximately 40 metres in a southerly direction. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the Act of 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984 or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order will come into operation on 2 November 2020.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Tisbury Gates Lane (Part), Tisbury; from a centre point approximately 50 metres either side of the level crossing to enable Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd to carry out White line and tarmac and associated works. Alternative route: via Tisbury Gates Lane (unaffected length) - East Hatch - Share Lane -C61 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 24 November 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 23:20 and 05:30 for 1 night.
