NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 2 February 2021 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to revoke the County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Fovant) (20mph Speed Limit) Order 2017 and re-enact it in the above Order 1, to revoke The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Fovant) (30mph Speed Limit) Order 2013 and The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Fovant) (30mph Speed Limit) Order 2017 and re-enact, in part, in the above Order 2 and to introduce a 20mph speed limit on Brook Street, Church Lane, Mary Barters Lane, Middle Ground, Mill Lane, The Poplars - the complete lengths; C64 Dinton Road - from a point 10 metres north west of its junction with Middle Ground to a point 30 metres north of its junction with Leatler Close; C276 Tisbury Road/Moor Hill - from its junction with Sling Orchard to a point 305 metres north of its junction with Sutton Road; Sutton Road - from its junction with Tisbury Road to a point 215 metres south west of its junction with The Poplars. Any person aggrieved by the Orders and desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in the Orders on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Orders will come into operation on 15 February 2021.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:
A) C61 (Part), Donhead St Mary; for a distance of approximately 50 metres either side of the junction with Skipton Lane.
B) Skipton Lane, Donhead St Mary; from its junction with C61 for its entire length to enable Wessex Water to carry out replacing pipe work. Alternative route (a): via C61 (unaffected length) - C295 - A30 and vice versa. Alternative route (b): No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible. This Order will come into operation on 08 March 2021 and the closure will be required until 31 March 2021. For further information please contact Nick Ruffel (Wessex Water) on 07500127962.
C) Old Coach Road (Part), Bulford; from its junction with Footpath 15, Bulford for a distance of approximately 60 metres in a westerly direction to enable Wessex Water to raise buried manhole cover and associated works. Alternative route: via Old Coach Road (unaffected length) - Church Lane - A3028 High Street -Orchard End - Milston Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 08 March 2021 and the closure will be required until 10 March 2021. For further information please contact Wessex Water on 0345 604600. Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:
D) Panters Road (Part), Sutton Mandeville; from its junction with Sutton Hill to its junction with Mill Lane to enable Wessex Water to carry out New connection and associated works. Alternative route: via Panters Road (unaffected length) - C276 - Sutton Road - Rectory Road - Sutton Hill and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 15 February 2021 and the closure will be required until 17 February 2021. For further information please contact Dana Ricketts (Wessex Water) on 03456004600.
E) Church Road, Laverstock; from its junction with A30 London Road to its junction with Duck Lane to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out Carriageway Resurfacing and associated works. Alternative route: via A30 - Wain-a-long Road - Laverstock Road - Riverside Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 15 February 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 07:00 and 18:00 until 19 February 2021. F) Ashfleld Road (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with Churchfields Road for a distance of approximately 100 metres in northerly direction.
G) Churchfields Road (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with Farm Lane to its junction with Stephenson Road to enable Southern Gas Networks to carry out Gas Mains Replacement and associated works. Alternative route (f): via Ashfield Road (unaffected length) - A36 Wilton Road - Fisherton Street - Mill Road -Churchfields Road and vice versa. Alternative route (g): via Stephenson Road - Telford Road - Brunei Road - Lower Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 15 February 2021 and the closures will be required as follows: (f) Monday 15 February 2021 until Sunday 14 March 2021. (g) Monday 08 March 2021 until Sunday 14 March 2021 For further information please contact SGN on 0800 9121700. Orders (a) to (g) will have a maximum duration of 18 months.
The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
