Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to revoke The County of Wiltshire (Byway 10, Durrington, Byway 11 and 12, Amesbury, Byway 1 and 2, Wilsford cum Lake, Byway 11, Berwick St James and Byway 16, Woodford) (Temporary Prohibition) Order 2021 and to close temporarily to all vehicles, motor propelled vehicles and caravans in the interests of public safety: Byway 10 (Part), Durrington; from its junction with Fargo Road to its junction with Byway 12, Amesbury/A344. Byway 12 (Part), Amesbury; from its junction with Byway 10, Durrington/crossing the A344 over to its junction with A303 (T). Byway 12 (Part), Amesbury; from its junction with A303 (T) in a southerly direction to its junction with Byway 1, Wilsford cum Lake. Byway 1 (Part), Wilsford cum Lake; from its junction with Byway 12, Amesbury to its junction with Byway 11, Berwick St James. Byway 11 (Part), Berwick St James; from its junction with Byway 1, Wilsford cum Lake to its junction with Byway 16, Woodford. Byway 1<5 (Part), Woodford; from its junction with Byway 11, Berwick St James to its junction with A360, Druids Lodge. Byway 11 (Part), Amesbury; from its junction with A303 (T) in a southerly direction to its junction with Byway 2, Wilsford cum Lake. Byway 2, (Part), Wilsford cum Lake; from its junction with Byway 11, Amesbury to its junction with Footpath 3 at Springbottom Farm, Wilsford cum Lake.
No alternative byway routes are available. 3. This notice will be placed on http://www.wiltshire.gov.uk/highways-road-closures  and the closures will be clearly indicated by traffic signs and cones. 4. Nothing in paragraph 1 of this Notice shall make it unlawful for any vehicle to proceed along the lengths of byways specified in this Notice if the vehicle is being used by Highways England or their contractors in connection with works for the A303 Stonehenge (Amesbury to Berwick Down) Project. 5. Nothing in paragraph 1 of this Notice shall make it unlawful for any motorcycle to proceed along the lengths of byways specified in this Notice after the 29th March 2021 .These closures which follows an emergency notice will come into operation on 19 March 2021 and will be required until 03 July 2021. REASON FOR INQUIRY

Appeal by David Cooper against an enforcement notice served by Wiltshire Council relation to land at The Land at Rambling Rose, off Southampton Road, Clarendon, Salisbury. The matters which are alleged to constitute a breach of planning control are Without planning permission, the material change of use of Land from agriculture to a mixed use for agriculture and residential purposes. Richard Perrins MA MCMI, an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State, will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal. The Inquiry will be held as a virtual event run by an Inspector in the normal way, but with the parties invited to join via Microsoft Teams or telephone.

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) East Hatch (Part), West Tisbury; from its junction with Hatch Lane for a distance of approximately 940 metres in an easterly direction; B) Hatch Lane (Part), West Tisbury; from its junction with East Hatch to its junction with Windlestraw Lane to enable BT to carry out Customer connection and associated works. Alternative route: via Hatch Lane (unaffected length) - Tuckingmill - Vicarage Road - High Street - Station Road - Jobbers Lane - C61 - Tisbury Gates Lane - East Hatch (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 12 April 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:30 and 16:30 until 16 April 2021. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions.
