Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Temporary Suspension and replacement of existing waiting and parking restrictions on: Milford Street, Salisbury (Ref: TTRO 7411)
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order in the interests of public safety, the effect of which will be as follows: To temporarily suspend Pay and Display Mon-Sat 8am-6pm and Sun 10am-4pm Max stay 1 hour and No waiting Sat 6pm-midnight and Sun midnight-6am and temporarily replace with No waiting at any time on the following length of road: Milford Street, Salisbury -south side - for a distance of approximately 10 metres between its boundaries of No.6 Milford Street (YOYO). The restrictions will be clearly indicated by traffic signs and cones. This notice which follows an emergency notice will come into operation on 9 August 2021 and will be required until 30 September 2022. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. REASON FOR INQUIRY

Appeal by David Cooper against an enforcement notice served by Wiltshire Council relation to The Land at Rambling Rose, off Southampton Road, Clarendon, Salisbury SP5 3DC. The notice alleges: Without planning permission, the material change of use of Land from agriculture to a mixed use for agriculture and residential purposes.

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) C338 (Part), Compton Chamberlayne; from its junction with A30 to a point outside property known as Cricket Field House to enable BT to carry out recover poles and associated works. Alternative route via C338 (unaffected length) - B3089 - A30 - C338 - (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 02 September 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. B) Devizes Road Access South (Part), Salisbury; from a point approximately 18m south of its junction with A360 Devizes Road for the remaining length to enable LG Building Poole Limited site compound, welfare facilities and associated works.
