SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:
A) Church Road (Part), Milston; from a point outside property known as The Old Dairy for approximately 30 metres in an easterly direction to enable MJ Abbott to carry out new sewer connection and associated works. Alternative route via Church Road, (unaffected length) - C32 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 13 September 2021 and the closure will be required for 5 days. B) Rollestone Street (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with Salt Lane in a southerly direction for 200m to enable Southern Cranes & Access Ltd to carry out Crane usage and associated works. Alternative route for vehicles other than HGVs: Salt Lane - St Edmunds Church Street - Milford Street. Alternative route for HGVs: Endless Street - Brown Street - Bourne Hill - Estcourt Street - A36 - Exeter Street -St Johns Street. This Order will come into operation on 18 September 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 until 19 September 2021. For further information please contact Southern Cranes & Access Ltd 01403 790874. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:
C) Over Street (Part), Stapleford; from its junction with A36 for a distance of approximately 100m in a north westerly direction to enable Wessex Water to carry out sewer lining and associated works. Alternative route via Over Street (unaffected length), B3083, A36 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 23 August 2021 and the closure will be required for 2 days. D) Tisbury Row (Part), Tisbury; from its junction with Footpath 19, Tisbury for a distance of approximately 50 metres in a northerly direction to enable Burton-Upon-Trent Cable Comms to carry out High Voltage Poling and associated works. Alternative route via Tisbury Row (unaffected length) -Court Street - The Avenue - Station Road - Jobbers Lane and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 28 January 2021 will now recommence on 23 August 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 for 3 days. For further information please contact MJ Quinn 07747 219550 on behalf of Openreach. Orders A) to C) will have a maximum duration of 18 months, Order D) has a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly Indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.

NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF AN ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 AND WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981
THE
WILTSHIRE COUNCIL PARISH OF CHICKLADE PATH N0.15 CREATION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2021
The above order was confirmed as made on 10th August 2021 under Section 26 of the Highways Act 1980 and will create a public bridleway over land at Pertwood Manor Farm, Hindon, SP3 6TA from OS Grid ref ST 8875 3590 leading broadly south south easterly to OS Grid ref ST 8901 3544 then leading east and north to ST 8921 3550 then leading broadly east to ST 8978 3537, with a width of 4 metres and an approximate length of 1,370 metres. The order will also have the effect of modifying the Mere and Tisbury Rural District Council Area definitive map dated 1952 accordingly. A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at, Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA148JN from 0900 to 1700 Monday to Friday by appointment. The order comes into force from 10th August 2021, but if any persons aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within six weeks from 19th August 2021, make an application to the High Court.

NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF AN ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 AND WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981
THE
WILTSHIRE COUNCIL PARISH OF CHICKLADE PATH NOS. 7 AND 8 EXTINGUISHMENT AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2021
The above order was confirmed as made on 10th August 2021, under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 and will extinguish the entire width of that length of restricted byway, over land at Pertwood Manor Farm, Hindon, SP3 6TA, leading from OS Grid ref ST 8876 3591 leading generally south easterly to OS Grid ret ST 8906 3581 and then leading generally south westerly and then north westerly to OS Grid ref ST 8888 3580 (approx. length 650 metres) and the entire width of that length of footpath leading from OS Grid ref ST 8906 3581 leading generally south south easterly to OS Grid ref ST 8921 3550 (approx. length 390 metres). If confirmed the order will also have the effect of modifying the Mere and Tisbury Rural District Council Area definitive map dated 1952 accordingly.
