SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:
A) Thome Road, Netheravon; from its junction with A345 to its junction with Mill Road;
B) Pigott Close, Netheravon; from its junction with A345 to its junction with Mill Road to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated works. Alternative route via Mill Road -A345 and vice versa. Only one road will be closed at any time. This Order will come into operation on 21 October 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 07:00 and 18:00 for 2 days. C) Gigant Street (Part), Swallowcliffe; from its junction with Bottom Road to a point approximately 30m north west of its junction with Higgins Lane to enable BT to replace poles and associated works. Alternative route via Gigant Street (unaffected length), Common Lane, High Street, Bottom Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 20 October 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. D) C61 Hazeldon Lane (Part), Tisbury; from its junction with Nightingale Lane for a distance of approximately 383m in a south westerly direction to enable BT to carry out Pole testing and associated works. Alternative route via C61 (unaffected length) - Nightingale Lane - C61 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 19 October 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. E) Feme Hollow, Donhead St Andrew and Berwick St John; from its junction with Ox Drove to its junction with Fiveways Crossroads South;
F) Fiveways Crossroads South (Part), Donhead St Andrew; from its junction with Feme Hollow to outside the property known as West Lodge to enable BT to carry out pole test and associated works. Alternative route via Fiveways Crossroads South (unaffected length) - C312 - C12 - Water Street - Eastern Hollow - Ox Drove and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 20 October 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. G) Water Ditchampton (Part), Wilton; from its junction with A30 to its junction with The Hollows to enable Wessex Water to carry out sewer and associated works to prevent flooding. Alternative route via Water Ditchampton (unaffected length) -Wishford Road - South Street - West Street - A36 - A30 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 18 October 2021 and the closure will be required until 29 October 2021. For further information please contact Wessex Water on 0345 600 4600.
H) C318 Tisbury Row (Part), Tisbury; for a distance of approximately 100m either side of the property known as No.12 Tisbury Row to enable Openreach to carry out new customer connection and associated works. Alternative route via C318 (unaffected length) - C24 - C25 - C318 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 20 October 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 3 days. I) St Bartholomews Street, Donhead St Andrew; from its junction with Lower Street to its junction with Pigtrough Lane to enable Wessex Water to install critical point and associated works. Alternative route via Pigtrough Lane, New Road, Lower Street and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 22 October 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 for 1 day. J) Seniors Farm Road, Sedgehlll and Semley; from its junction with Semley Common for its entire length to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated works. No alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 29 September 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 07:00 and 18:00 until 01 October 2021. K) C10 Wylye Road (Part), Steeple Langford; from its junction with The Hollow to a point 36m east of its junction with Duck Street to enable Wessex Water to carry out lining sewer and associated works. Alternative route via C10 (unaffected length) - A30 - B3089 -C64-C10 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 27 September 2021 and the closure will be required until 08 October 2021. The closures will run consecutively. For further information please contact M. L) Upper Backway (Part), Shrewton; from outside of property known Cosynest for a distance of 10m in a northerly direction to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out kerbing and associated maintenance works. Alternative route via Upper Backway (unaffected Length) - Furlong Crescent and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 27 September 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:00 and 17:30 for 3 days. For further information please contact Wiltshire Council on 0300 456 0105. Orders A) to L) will have a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.

THE COUNTY OF WILTSHIRE (VARIOUS ROADS, STOFORD, SOUTH NEWTON) (WEIGHT RESTRICTION) ORDER 2021

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to introduce a 7.5 tonnes weight restriction (except access for adjacent landowners) on C283 - from its junction with A36 to its junction with A360; Mount Pleasant (USRN 33501206) - the complete length; Riverside Close (USRN 33501205) - the complete length. Documents will not be deposited for viewing at Council Offices which are currently closed to the public due to Covid-19. ORDER 2021
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to revoke The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Durrington) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Order 2017 and re-enact it, in part, in the above Order and to remove No Waiting at any time to enable the extension of Zig Zag lines of existing Zebra Crossing on Bulford Road - both sides -from a point 51 metres south of the centreline of its northern junction with Avondown Road for a distance of 9 metres in a southerly direction. Documents will not be deposited for viewing at Council Offices which are currently closed to the public due to Covid-19.
