Somerset County Council District of Sedgemoor Parish of Chilton Trinity Temporary Closure of Chilton Road and Straight Drove Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Chilton Road - from the junction with Brickworks Road to the junction with Straight Drove; and Straight □rove - from the junction with Chilton Road, northwards for 15 metres. A total distance of 120 metres. This Order will enable Milestone Infrastructure to carry out resurfacing works. The Order becomes effective on 08 February 2022 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 14th February 2022 and last until 25th February 2022 between the hours of 07:30 -18:00 for a total of 12 days.
