I, Iain Hemming (Thyme and Tides Firsdown Limited), am applying for a variation of premises at Thyme & Tides Firsdown Limited, A30 London Road, Firsdown, Salisbury, SP5 1ST. My application is made to Wiltshire Council, Public Protection, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8JN.
I am applying for the following licensable activity, Sale of Alcohol (7am Monday-Saturday, 9am-4pm Sunday).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £5,000.
