THE COUNTY OF WILTSHIRE (SOUTHERN WILTSHIRE) (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2022


Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 the effect of which will be as follows: - To revoke The County of Wiltshire (Southern Wiltshire) (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2018, re-enact it in the above Order and to make the following changes: -
(a) To remove from the Order the exemption from charging for disabled badge holders, invalid carriages, vehicles in lieu of invalid carriages and drivers with a severe disability issued with a note from Wiltshire Council.
(b) To change the tariffs as set out below:
Amesbury - Central Car Park: 1 hr - £0.30, 2hrs - £1.00, 3hrs - £2.00, 4hrs - £2.60, 5hrs - £3.30, All Day - £5.50;
To change the current Standard Season Ticket prices (available in Central Car Park) to 12 months - £603, 6 months - £302, 3 months - £151 and 1 month - £50.
Salisbury - Brown Street Car Park (East and West): 1hr - £1.70, 2hrs - £3.00, 3hrs - £5.00;
Central Short Stay Car Park: 1hr - £1.70, 2 hrs - £3.00, 3hrs - £5.00;
Central Long Stay Car Park (including the approach to Central car park): 1hr - £1.60, 2hrs - £2.90, 3hrs - £4.50, 4hrs - £6.00, 5hrs - £7.20, All Day - £9.90;
College Street Car Park: 1hr - £1.70, 2hrs - £3.00, 3hrs - £4.80, 4hrs - £5.50, 5hrs - £6.60, All Day - £9.90;
Culver Street Car Park: 1hr -£1.20, 2hrs - £2.40, 3hrs - £3.70, 4hrs - £4.90, 5hrs - £6.10, All Day - £9.90;
Lush House Car Park: 1hr - £1.70, 2hrs -£3.00, 3hrs - £5.00;
Maltings Car Park: 1hr - £1.70, 2hrs -£3.00, 3hrs - £5.00;
Millstream Car Park: 1hr - £1.60, 2hrs - £2.90, 3hrs - £4.50, 4hrs - £6.00, 5hrs - £7.20, All Day -£9.90;
Millstream Coach Car Park: 1hr - £1.80, 2hrs - £2.70, 4hrs - £5.30, All Day - £10.80;

To change the current standard Season Ticket charges as listed below:
Brown Street Car Park (East and West), Central Long Stay Car Park, College Street Car Park, Culver Street Car Park, Maltings Annex Car Park, Millstream Car Park, Salt Lane Car Park: 12 months - £1160, 6 months - £580, 3 months - £290, 1 month - £97.

(VARIOUS ROADS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER No.2 2022 (Ref: TTRO 8061)
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council in pursuance of the provisions of S14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to close temporarily, to all vehicles, the lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this notice. The order is required to enable carriageway surface dressing and associated maintenance works and will be operative from the 6 June 2022 for a maximum period of eighteen months.
Where a road is to be closed on two or more separate dates this is to allow sufficient time between the surface dressing and sealing and lining works. The closures will not be implemented for the whole of the period and are anticipated to be for one to two days duration only when traffic signs are in position and only for so long as is necessitated by the works. It is anticipated that advance signs will be deployed 2 weeks prior to the closure dates. Access will be maintained where possible although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. Closure 1 is anticipated to take place on 3 dates between 6 June - 10 July 2022. Closures 2 and 6 are anticipated to take place on 2 dates between 6 June - 10 July 2022. Closures 3 - 5 are anticipated to take place between 6 June - 10 July 2022. Closures 7 - 10 are anticipated to take place between 11 July - 7 August 2022. Schedule 1. SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:
A) C336 (Part), Alderbury; from its junction with Old Vicarage Lane to its junction with Folly Lane to enable Openreach to carry out pole replacement and associated works. Alternative route via C336 (unaffected length) - C324 - C336 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 23 May 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 for 1 day. For further information please contact Openreach on 01355 204311.
B) C316 (Part), Swallowcliffe; from its junction with C25 to outside property known as Wingmore to enable Wessex Water to carry out repair service and associated works. Alternative route via C316 (unaffected length) - A30 - C25 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 23 May 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 for 3 days. C) Milford Mill Road (Part), Laverstock, Ford and Clarendon Park; from its junction with Queen Manor Road, Laverstock and Ford to its junction with Petersfinger Road, Clarendon Park to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out construction and repairs to highway verges and associated works. Alternative route via New Petersfinger Road - A36 - Wain a Long Road - Bourne Avenue - Laverstock Road - Manor Farm Road - Milford Mill Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. D) Pollen Lane (Part), Figheldean; from its junction with Oak Lane to its junction with Hilltop Close to enable Openreach safe access to the network and associated works. Alternative route: via Pollen Lane (unaffected length) -C32 - Ablington - Avon Banks - High Street and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 27 May 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. For further information please contact Openreach 03316689082.
E) C12 (Part) Broad Chalke and Bishopstone; from junction with Stoke Farthing to its junction with Flamstone Street to enable: BT to carry out pole tests and associated works. Alternative route: via C12 (unaffected length) - C64 - A30 - A36 - A3094 - C320 - C12 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 23 May 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. For further information please contact BT on 03700 500 792.
F) Mill Lane (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with Miller Close for a distance of approximately 100 metres in a south easterly direction to enable Scottish and Southern Power Distribution to carry out Installation of new electrical supply and associated works. No alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 23 May 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 until 27 May 2022. G) The Portway (Part), Winterbourne Dauntsey; from a point approximately 70 metres from the entrance to Bowles Barn Farm for a distance of approximately 20 metres in a north easterly direction to enable Dorset Drainage Services UK Ltd to carry out drainage and associated works. Alternative route: via The Portway (unaffected length) - Down Barn Road - A345 - Portway - The Portway (unaffected length) and vice versa. H) Tisbury Gates Lane (Part), Tisbury; for a distance of approximately 50m either side of the level crossing to enable Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd to carry out level crossing and associated works. Alternative route via Tisbury Gates Lane (unaffected length) - East Hatch - Share Lane - C61 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 30 April 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 00:30 and 04:00 for 3 nights. I) Queen Street, Salisbury; from its junction with Blue Boar Row to its junction with Milford Street to enable Wessex Water to carry out sewer and associated works. Alternative route northbound via New Canal - High Street - Silver Street - Minster Street - Blue Boar Row. Alternative route southbound via Brown Street - St Anns Street - St Johns Street. This Order will come into operation on 03 May 2022 and the closure will be required for 2 days. For further information please contact Wessex Water on 0300 600 4600.
Orders A) to I) will have a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
