Notice: Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, the Trustee of the Plan hereby gives notice that the Scheme is being wound up following the transfer of all of its assets to the LifeSight MasterTrust
If you were an employee of one of the companies listed above and were a member of the Plan (or you are a widow, widower or other dependant of a member of the Plan) and you have not received written communication regarding the transfer referred to above (but believe you are still entitled to benefits under the Plan) you should contact By post Pensions Department, De La Rue, De La Rue House, Jays Close, Basingstoke, Hants, RG22 4BS Or by sending an email to: Pensions@uk.delarue.com
If you are seeking to claim an entitlement under the Plan, you should provide details of your full name (or the name of the member, if different), address, date of birth, national insurance number, a note of any benefits to which you claim you are entitled to and any relevant documents which support your claim. You should make any claims in writing to the address above no later than two months from the date of this notice. After that date, the Plan will be wound up and the Trustee will have no liability to any person claiming an entitlement after that date whose claim was not notified to them.
For the avoidance of doubt, claims need not be made if you have received notice of the transfer referred to above.
Please note that this notice does not concern the De La Rue Pension Scheme.
