Pursuant to the Trustees Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or interest in the estate of Audrey Rose Gardiner late of The Grange Nursing Home, 25 Church Green, Stanford in the Vale, Farringdon, Oxfordshire SN7 8HU who died on the 14th April 2011 are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the under-signed on or before 14 October 2011 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute assets having only regard to valid claims then notified.
