Notice of Modification Order Section 53 of The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 Wiltshire Council The Definitive Map and Statement for the Pewsey Rural District Council Area dated 1952 as Modified under the Provisions of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 The Wiltshire Council Enford 33 Rights of Way Modification Order 2016 The above order, made on 17 November 2016,
if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by
upgrading to abyway open to all traffic Enford path no. 33 leading from the west end of road u/c 8087 at Enford Farm leading generally south west to its junction with byway open to all traffic Enford path no. 45. Width 9.14 metres (30 feet) and approx. length 780 metres. Copies of the order may be seen free of charge at the Rights of Way Section, Ascot Court, White Horse Business Park, Trowbridge, BA14 0XA from 9to5week days. Copies may be bought there (£5.00). Any representation or objection relating to the order must be sent in writing to S Madgwick, Rights of Way Officer, Wiltshire Council, By the sea Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8JN quoting ref. SAM/2004/05 not later than 1700 on 16 January 2017, and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made. If no representations or objections are duly made to the order (or to any part of it), or if 9 to 5 week any so made are withdrawn, the Wiltshire Council, instead of submitting the order to the Secretary of State (or part of it if the authority has by notice to the Secretary of State so elected under paragraph 5 of Schedule 15 to the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981) may
itself confirm the order (or that part of the order). If the order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, in whole or in part, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it. 01.12.2016
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given thatthe Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:
(a) B3081 (Part), Tollard Royal;from 'The Old School House' in anortherly direction for a distance of approximately 80m to enable BT Open reach to carry out an overhead connection. Alternative route via B3081 (unaffected length) -A354 -B3081 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 5 December 2016 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 08.00 and 18.00 until 9 December 2016. (b) Threepenny Bit/Whatcombe Brow (Part), Orcheston;from its junction with Byway 16, Orcheston in anortherly direction for a distance of approximately 400m to enable Wessex Water to carry out flood all eviation works. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses. This Orderwill come into operation on 5 December 2016 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 23 December 2016. (c) A30 London Road (Part), Salisbury and Laverstock &Ford;for adistance of approximately 10m either side of the rail bridge to enable Centurion Site Services to carry out adetailed bridge inspection. Alternative route via A30 (unaffected length) -A338 -A303 -A345 -A36 -A30 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 4 December 2016 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day between the hours of 09.30 and 14.30. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic:
(d) C323 Rectory Hill (Part), West Dean; for adistance of approximately 100m covering the area of the level crossing to enable Centurion on behalf of Network Rail to undertake track renewal work at the rail level crossing. Alternative route via C323 Rectory Hill (unaffected length) -C323 Dean Road - Coach Road - East Tytherley Road - East Dean Road -C323 Rectory
Hill (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on
10 November 2016 will now recommence on 5December 2016 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required nightly between the hours of midnight-06.00 until 9December 2016. For further information please contact Centurion Site Services on 01132 775360. Notice is
hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:
(e) C12 (Part), Nunton, Odstock;from its junction with A338 to its junction with C12 Odstock Road; and to introduce a temporary 40mph speed restriction to all traffic on: (f) A338 (Part) Bodenham Dual Carriageway (Northbound), Odstock;from its junction with C12 Nunton in anortherly direction for adistance of
approximately 150m to its junction with the access road to Longford Farm. To enable:
Wiltshire Council to carry out highway safety improvement work. Alternative route via C12 (unaffected length) Odstock Road -C328 Odstock Road -Rowbarrow -A338 and vice versa. These Orders which previously came into operation on 31 October 2016 will now recommence on 5December 2016 and it is anticipated that the restrictions will be required until 16 December 2016. For further information please contact Julie Wharton (Wiltshire Council) on 01722 434329. Orders (d) to (f) have amaximum duration of 18 months. The closures, restrictions and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are possible due to the nature of some of the works.
