NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
Application number: 16/12493/FUL Proposed development at Land at Hunters Moon, Chippenham, Wiltshire. I give notice that Bloor Homes is applying to Wiltshire Council for planning permission for A hybrid planning application: An Outline Planning Application for the demolition of existing buildings & structures & mixed-use development comprising up to 450 dwellings, up to 2.41 ha of employment (B1, B2 & B8) development, public open space, landscaping, & all associated infrastructure works (with all matters reserved other than access); with a Full Planning Application for the first phase of the development comprising 142 dwellings, open space, 10 no. B1 employment units, drainage works including attenuation pond; & associated infrastructure. (All Matters Reserved Except Access) and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. The Environmental Statement is now the subject of Other Information and Evidence submissions. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway reconstruction work, surface dressing, road markings and associated works: (a) C120 (Part) Bushton, Clyffe Pypard; from a point approximately 75m south-east of its junction with C123 Breach Lane in a south-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 1.2km to a point adjacent to property 'Merrythatch'; (b) C15 Withy Bed (Part), Clyffe Pypard; from a point approximately 80m south-west of its junction with C120 Bushton to its junction with Wood Street. Alternative routes: (a) via C120 (unaffected length) - C131 Lyneham -A3102 Hilmarton - C15 Compton Bassett - A4 Cherhill / Avebury -A4361 Avebury / Winterbourne Monkton - C415 Broad Hinton - C121 Highden Lane - C120 (unaffected length) Clyffe Pypard and vice versa;

This Order will come into operation on 10 February 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00; (e) B4039 (Part), Castle Combe; from a point adjacent to the property 'Woodbury House' for a distance of approximately 2.1km in a south-easterly direction. Alternative route via A420 - A46 - B4040 - B4039 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 14 February 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 15 February 2017; (f) C120 (Part) Tockenham Road / Greenway (Part), Tockenham; from a point approximately 60m northwest of its junction with C130 Tockenham to a point approximately 160m southeast of its junction with Orchard Lane. Alternative route via C120 Tockenham Road (unaffected length) - A3102 - C131 Preston Lane - C120 Greenway (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 15 February 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 for two days; (g) C226 (Part) Seend Cleeve, Seend; from its junction with the A361 to a point approximately 70m north of Perrys Lane. Alternative route via A361 - C20 Bollands Hill - C226 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 16 February 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 for two days. This Order will come into operation on 23 January 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 27 January 2017. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (j) UC Footpath (Penny Lane / Blackthorn Mews), Chippenham; from its junction with Penny Lane to its junction with Blackthorn Mews to enable Wessex Water to repair a stop tap. Alternative route via Penny Lane - Hatherell Road -Blackthorn Mews and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 23 January 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for three days. The Order will have a maximum duration of six months. NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF AN ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 and WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 WILTSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND
STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER The Wiltshire Council Parish of Castle Combe Path No. 7 (part) and Yatton Keynell 30 Diversion Order and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2014
On 05 January 2017 Wiltshire Council confirmed the above order made under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.The effect of the Order as confirmed diverts part of footpath no. 7 at Lower Long Dean from bridleway no. 9 to By Brook (width 0.6 m approx. length 331 m) to a path leading along the valley bottom (width 2 m approx. length 506 m), and as shown on the order plan. The order also has the effect of modifying the Calne and Chippenham Rural District Council Area definitive map and statement dated 1953. A copy of the confirmed Order may be seen (free) at the Rights of Way Section, Unit 9, Ascot Court, White Horse Business Park, Trowbridge, BA14 0XA (0900 - 1700 weekdays). Copies of the Order may be bought there (£5). Please ask for Sally Madgwick.
