order 2017 (All previously advertised as 2016) Notice is hereby given that on 10 January 2017 Wiltshire Council made the above

mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is as

follows: orders 1and 2- To revoke The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Fovant) (30mph Speed Limit) Order 1974 and re-enact it, in part, in the above Order 2and introduce a20mph speed limit on c64 Dinton Road -from its junction with High Street to apoint 10 metres north of its junction with Middle Ground; c64 High Street and Sling orchard - the complete length; c276 Tisbury Road - from its junction with High Street to its junction with Sling Orchard. orders 3and 4- To revoke The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Quidhampton) (Restricted Roads) Order 1994 and re-enact it, in part, in the above Order 4and introduce a20mph speed limit on c368 Lower Road -from its junction with A3094 Netherhampton Road to apoint 50 metres south of its

Road to apoint 62 metres north of its junction with Lower Road. Acopy of the Orders and plans may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Trowbridge

during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Orders and desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in the Orders on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9ofthe Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may,

within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the

purpose to the High Court. The Orders will come into operation on 23 January 2017.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) footpath 15, Durrington; fr adistance of approximately 90m between SU 14410 44100, at the junction with Byway 31 Durrington, and SU 14480 44140;

(b) Byway 29, Durrington (BoAT);for adistance of approximately 585m between

SU 13970 44600, at the junction with Byway 6, Durrington and SU14400 4420,

at the junction with Byway 31, Durrington; (c) Byway 31, Durrington (BoAT);for

adistance of approximately 610m between SU 14400 44070, at the junction with the Packway, and SU 14420 44750 to enable the safe construction of an extensive new housing development. An alternative route will be clearly marked and fenced to the east of the rights of way.The closures will be clearly indicated by traffic signs.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is herebygiven that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarilyto all traffic: (a) A3094 (Part), Quidhampton, Wilton, Netherhampton and Salisbury;

from its junction with A36 to its junction with Upper Street, Harnham to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway reconstruction work, surface dressing, road markings and

associated work. Alternative route via A36 -A338 -A3094 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 13 February 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 21 February 2017. This Order will come into operation on 13 February 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 24 February 2017. This Order will come into operation on 6February 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until

BT Openreach to work on overhead structure for pole renewal. Alternative route via C42

Woodford Valley Road (unaffected length) -C283 Wishford Road -A360 -C57 Camp Hill and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 13 February 2017 and it is anticipated

that the closure will be required for one day between the hours of 09.30 and 15.30.

This Order will come into operation on 12 February 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day between the hours of 09.30 and 15.30. For further information please contact Centurion on behalf of Network Rail on 01293 561821. Orders (a) to (e) will have amaximum duration of 18 months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Orderto close temporarily to all traffic: (f) c323 Rectory Hill (Part), West Dean;

for adistance of approximately 100m covering the area of the level crossing to enable

Centurion on behalf of Network Rail to undertake track renewal work at the rail level crossing. Alternative route via C323 Rectory Hill (unaffected length) -C323 Dean Road - Coach Road -East Tytherley Road - East Dean Road -C323 Rectory Hill (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 10 November 2016 will now recommence on 25 January 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for

one night between the hours of midnight -06.00. The Order has amaximum duration of

It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon
