Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Shrewton and Orcheston) (Weight Restriction) Order 2017 (previously advertised as 2016) Notice is hereby given that on 7March 2017 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to revoke The County of Wilts (High Street, Church Street, London Road and The Packway, Shrewton) (Weight Restriction) Order 1968 and to introduce ai.S tonne weight restriction on B3086 High Street - from its junction with A360 Salisbury Road/Maddington Street to its junction with B3086 London Road; B3086 London Road - from its junction with B3086 High Street to its junction with B3086 The Packway; B3086 The Packway - from its junction with B3086 London Road to apoint 450 metres west of its junction with
Rollestone Crossroads; C291 Elston Lane -the complete length; Tanners Lane -from
its junction with The Hollow to its junction with A360 Maddington Street; The Hollow -the complete length of adopted highway; UC54401 - the complete length. Acopy of
the Order and plan may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall,
Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring
to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the
grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9ofthe Act or any
regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application
for the purpose to the High Court. The Order will come into operation on 20 March 2017.
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Byway 7(Part), Bulford;from its junction with Bulford Road in anorth-easterly direction for adistance of approximately 1.6km to its junction with Bulford Droveway to enable construction of atank track. Alternative route via Bulford Droveway. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which was due to expire on 19 March 2017 will now continue in force until 9September 2017 or on completion of

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intendsto make Ordersto close temporarily to all traffic: (a) Quarry Lane (Part), Tisbury;for adistance of approximately 30m at the rail crossing to enable Centurion Site Services to carry out rail foot inspections on behalf of Network Rail. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for
residents and businesses. This Order will come into operation on 8April 2017 and it is
anticipated that the closure will be required for one night between the hours of 23.30 and 06.50. For further information please contact Adam Beckett on 01293 561 821; (b) C12
(Part), Nunton/Odstock Road, Odstock and Coombe Bissett;from its junction
with A338 Bodenham Dual Carriageway to its junction with C339 Homington Road to
enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing work, reinstatement of ironwork, road markings and associated works. Alternative route via C12 Odstock Road/
Homington Road (unaffected length) -A354 -A338 and vice versa. This Order will come
into operation on 10 April 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required

junction with The Gibbet, Orcheston to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway
reconstruction work, surface dressing, road markings and associated works. Alternative
route via A360 (unaffected length) -A342 -A345 -A303 -A360 (unaffected length)
and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 10 April 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required on weekdays only between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 21 April 2017. For further information please contact Steve Hawkins (Eurovia) on
07834503477. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (d) C262 (Part) Malthouse Lane, Chute;from its junction with Hookwood Lane to its junction with Dummer Lane; (e) C262 (Part)
Dummer Lane, Chute;from its junction with Malthouse Lane to its junction with Breach
Lane; (f) UC Dummer Lane (Part), Chute;from its junction with C262 Malthouse
Lane/Dummer Lane for adistance of approximately 150m in anorth-westerly direction
to its junction with UC Chute Standen (road to disused pit); (g) UC Chute Standen,
Chute;from its junction with C262 Malthouse Lane to its junction with UC Dummer Lane to enable BT Openreach to erect overhead fibre onto the existing network and associated works. Alternative route via C256 Hookwood Lane -C256 Forest Lane -UCForest Lane/ Hatchett Hill -C262 Lower Chute (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 20 March 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 24 March 2017. clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated
durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained
for residents and businesses,

although delays are possible due to the nature of some of the
Wiltshire Council
