Section 123 (1) and (2A) Local Government Act 1972 Notice of Potential Disposal of Open Space
Far Forest Play Area, Oakleaf Rise, Nr Kidderminster Wyre Forest District Council is considering the disposal of an area of land at the above location to Rock Parish Council. The land which is approximately 185 sq m is shown edged red on a plan which is available for inspection during normal office hours at Wyre Forest District Council, Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster, Worcestershire DY11 7WF.
The final decision on the disposal of the land has not yet been taken.
