THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) (CLYDE AVENUE, WHITEFIELD) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-
Clyde Avenue, Whitefleld - between Bury New Road and Conway Avenue.
The reason for the proposed order is to investigate and to repair a carriageway
The alternative route will be via Bury new Road, Bury Old Road and Conway Avenue.
The Order comes into operation on Tuesday 18 April 2017 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 3 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 2 weeks. Dated 13 April 2017 Council Solicitor

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as follows:-NO WAITING AT ANY TIME
Church Street West, Radcliffe South easterly side, from a point 54 metres south-west of the south-westerly kerbline of Glebe Street for a distance of 44 metres in a south-westerly direction.
INTRODUCTION OF NO WAITING MONDAY TO SATURDAY 8am - 7pm Church Street West, Radcliffe North westerly side, from a point 54 metres south-west of the projected south-westerly kerbline of Glebe Street for a distance of 10 metres in a north- easterly direction.
A copy of the Order (including the exemptions contained in it) which comes into operation on 17 April 2017 and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be inspected at 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury BL9 0EJ. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6 weeks of 17 April 2017 apply to the High Court for that purpose.
