TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (INQUIRIES PROCEDURE)(ENGLAND) RULES 2000

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an Inspector, instructed by the Secretary of State will attend at Trowbridge Civic | Centre, St Stephen's Place, Trowbridge, BA14 8AH on 27 June, at 10.00am.

To hold a local inquiry into two applications by RICHBOROUGH ESTATES and OXFORD LAW referred to Under Paragraph 1(1) Of Schedule 6 Of The Town And Country Planning Act 1990 to determine the appeals (a) against the decision of the council to refuse an application for permission for the erection of 75 dwellings including 30% affordable homes, with ancillary public open space and play areas and access from Pound Lane (outline application relating to access) at Land to the North of Pound Lane, Semington BA14 6LP (planning reference 16/05783/OUT and appeal reference APP/Y3940/W/16/3162997) and (b) against the decision of the same council to refuse an application for Residential Development of up to 72 units (now amended to 50 units) at Land North of St George's Road, Semington BA14 6GA (planning reference 16/06956/OUT and appeal reference APP/Y3940/W/1 6/3164255). Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Footpath 22 (Part), Langley Burrell; from its junction with Parsonage Way to its junction with Footpath 5, Langley Burrell to enable construction work to be undertaken for a car park and stockyard. Alternative route via Parsonage Way - B4069 Chippenham Road - Footpath 5, Langley Burrell and vice versa. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: A3102 New | Broughton Road (Part), Melksham; from its junctions with A3102 Bath Road for a distance of approximately 130m to enable O2 to carry out telecoms maintenance via cherry picker. Alternative route via A3102 (unaffected length) -

C502 Eastern Way - C502 Melksham Relief Road - C502 Snowberry Lane - C382 Spa Road - A365 - A350 - A3102

(unaffected length) and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs.

This Order which previously came into operation on 10 April 2017 will now recommence on 28 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required nightly between the hours of 22.00 and 05.00 until 31 May 2017. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Quartermaster Road (Part), Heywood; from its junction with Moat Road for a distance of approximately 100m towards Storridge Road to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing work, ironwork adjustment and road markings. Alternative route via Quartermaster Road (unaffected length) - Link Road - B3097 Hawkeridge Road - B3097 The Ham - Storridge Road and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 28 April 2017 will now recommence on 31 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for two nights between the hours of 19.00 and 07.00. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (Trowbridge) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2015 (Amendment No. 3) Order 2017

(previously advertised as 2016) Notice is hereby given that on 16 May 2017 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act of 1984") and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Trowbridge Consolidation Order 2015 by revoking Map Schedule Nos. EQ27, ER26, ER27, EU25 and EV25 dated 28 September 2015 and Map Schedule No. ES26 dated 28 March 2016 and replacing them by the insertion of revised Map Schedule Nos. EQ27, ER26, ER27, ES26, EU25, EV25 and the insertion of new Map Schedule Nos. ER25 and ES25 the effect of which will be as follows: a) To introduce No Waiting at any time on Charles Street - north side - from the boundary of property Nos. 14 and 16 Charles Street for a distance of 48 metres in a westerly direction (including turning head); Keates Close - south side - from the boundary of property Nos. 1 and 3 Keates Close for a distance of 19 metres in an easterly direction; Seymour Road - both sides - from a point 5 metres west of its junction with Melton Road for a distance of 74 metres in a westerly direction; St James Gardens - north side - i) from the boundary of property No. 37 St James Gardens for a distance of 14 metres in a westerly direction ii) from the boundary of property No. 35 St James Gardens for a distance of 14 metres in a westerly direction; St James Gardens - west side - from the boundary of property No. 35 St James Gardens to the boundary of property No. 31 St James Gardens; Waterworks Road - both sides - from its junction with Gloucester Road for a distance of 17 metres in a southerly direction; Westcroft Street - south side - from the boundary of property No. 1 Westcroft Street and property known as Twelve Bells Public House for a distance of 19 metres in a south easterly direction; Wingfield Road - north side - from the boundary of property No. 36 and 38 Wingfield Road for a distance of 22 metres in an easterly direction. b) To introduce No Waiting Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm on The Down - east side - from its junction with Downside Park for a distance of 170 metres in a south westerly direction. Following a decision from the Cabinet Member for Highways and Transport amendments have been made to the restrictions previously advertised on Congire, The Moldens and Baydon Close. A copy of the Order and plans may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the Act of 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984 or any regulation made under the said

Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order
