I give notice that Charter House Planning Ltd have applied to Wiltshire Council on behalf of the owners for Full Planning Permission to: Change the use of the existing three-bedroom self-contained annex into a separate residential unit, with access off Bell Lane, Wilton. Any owner* or tenant** of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to: Wiltshire Council, The Council House, Bourne Hill, Salisbury, SP1 3UZby6th September 2017. If you decide to make representations you should make it clear that you are an owner ol the land encompassed within application site or tenant of an agricultural holding on the site and you should give the site address, "owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired terms ol which is not less than seven years, or in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of materials, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver), """tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
