Notice is hereby given that an Inspector will be appointed by the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to determine Wiltshire Council Durnford Paths Nos 8, 25 and 26 Rights of Way Modification Order 2016 and will attend at: Woodford Village Hall, Middle Woodford, Wiltshire, SP4 6NR on Tuesday 07 November 2017 at 1000

am to hold a public local inquiry into the order. The effect of the Order, if confirmed without modifications, will be to modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding a length of bridleway from OS Grid ref SU 1510 3807 at New Buildings on Woodrow (Durnford path no. 4) leading north north west to its junction with Durnford path no. 8 (width 3.3 metres approx length 450 metres), upgrading part of path no. 8 to bridleway for 135 metres heading east north east (width 3.3 metres) and by adding a length of bridleway from its junction with path no. 8 leading north for 200 metres to its junction with bridleway no. 10 (width 3.3 metres) and as shown on the Order plan. NOTICE is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to dispose by way of grant of lease the following parts of its land holdings within Laverstock under the Community Asset Transfer Scheme which includes land which is used for open space, recreation and amenity purposes:

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Footpath 111 (Part), Royal Wootton Bassett; from OS grid reference SU 0791-8199 in a south-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 100m to OS grid reference SU 0788-8192 to enable Wainhomes to undertake residential development works. An alternative route will be made available south of the definitive path. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 9 October 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for six months, or upon completion of the work. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Footpath 5 (Part), Bulford; from Government Offices at OS grid reference SU 1706-4335 in a easterly direction for a distance of approximately 895m to its junction with Footpath 10, Bulford, OS grid reference SU 1793-4349 to enable construction work to be undertaken of housing development and associated infrastructure. An alternative route will be provided around the field to the north of the path and link with Footpath 10, Bulford. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 9 October 2017. The Order will have a maximum duration of six months. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) C25 (Part) Ansty Pond, Ansty; from its junction with A30 to its junction with Coombe Lane to enable BT Openreach access to underground structure cabling. Alternative route: via High Street - C316 Rookery Lane/Yule Hill - A30 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 2 October 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required on weekdays between the hours of 09.30 and 15.30 until 13 October 2017, excluding 5 October to 7 October when the closure will be required between the hours of 20.00 and 05.00. This Order will come into operation on 18 September 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.30 and 17.30 until 12 March 2018. This Order will come into operation on 18 September 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one night between the hours of 19.00 and 06.00. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Pedestrian access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are likely due to the nature of some of the works. The Orders will have a maximum duration of 18 months.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Order to temporarily introduce a 30mph speed restriction on the following length of road: A350 (Part), Sedgehill and Semley; from a point approximately 110m north of Huggers Hole for a distance of approximately 650m in a southerly direction to enable Wessex Water to abandon old water main and install new. The restriction will be clearly indicated by traffic

signs. This Order will come into operation on 2 October 2017 and it is anticipated that the restriction will remain in force until 20 October 2017. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. For further information please contact Alan Marler (Wessex Water) on 01225 528129.
