Notice Under Article 13 of Application for Planning Permission Proposed development at High Trees, Winterbourne Earls, SP4 6HD. Take notice that the application is being made by Mr & Mrs Cochran for planning permission for the erection of one single detached dwelling and associated works. The application has been submitted to Wiltshire Council at County Hall, Bythssea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN.
