The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 04/01/2018 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public. NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 AND WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 THE WILTSHIRE COUNCIL EAST KNOYLE FOOTPATH 16 (A) CREATION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT

MODIFICATION ORDER 2017

The above order, made on 30 November 2017, under Section 26 of the Highways Act 1980, is made concurrently with The Wiltshire Council Parish of East Knoyle Footpath no. 16 (part) Diversion Order and Definitive Map and Statement Order 2017 and creates an extension of the diverted footpath leading to a view point. The footpath to be created leads from OS Grid ref ST 8739 31 60 in a westerly direction along the field boundary to the view point at OS Grid ref ST 8728 3159. Width 2 metres length 110 metres. The confirmed order will also have the effect of modifying the Mere and Tisbury Rural District Council area definitive map and statement dated 1952 accordingly. A copy of the order and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the offices of Rights of Way and Countryside, Waste and Environment, Wiltshire Council, Unit 9, Ascot Court, White Horse Business Park, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 0XA, 0900 - 1700 weekdays. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) C296 Millbrook Lane (Part),

East Knoyle; from its junction with A350 in an easterly direction for a distance of approximately 700m to enable BT Openreach to undertake work to replace a telegraph pole and restore customer service. Alternative route via C296 Millbrook Lane (unaffected length) - C309 Kinghay -

C302 West Tisbury/Hindon - High Street, Hindon - B3089 Angel Lane

- C58 Sheephouse Lane - A350 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 9 January 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for two days between the hours of 09.30 and 15.30. For further information please contact Laura Duncan (BT Openreach)

a distance of approximately 10m either side of the railway bridge to enable Centurion Site Services to carry out detailed bridge examination. No alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 10 January 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one night between the hours of 21.00 and 05.00. ThisOrder will come into operation on 8 January2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 20 April 2018. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are possible due to the nature of some of the works. The Orders will have a maximum duration of 18 months.

NOTICE OF MAKING PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE

MAP MODIFICATION ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 AND WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 WILTSHIRE COUNCIL

The Wiltshire Council Parish of East Knoyle Footpath no. 16 (part) Diversion Order and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2017

The above named Order, made on 30 November 2017 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will divert part of footpath East Knoyle 16 from its route from the U/c 11026 at the driveway to Bay Tree House, across the garden of Moorlands Cottage and across and along the boundary of the field to the north to OS Grid ref. ST 8739 3160 (no recorded width approx. length 350 metres) to a route from the U/c 11026 east of The Green Farmhouse leading north west across the field to OS Grid ref. ST 8739 3160 (width 2 metres approx. length 195 metres). There is to be a kissing gate

to BS5709:2006 at OS Grid ref ST 8735 3142. The Order will also alter

the Mere and Tisbury Rural District Council definitive map and statement dated 1952 accordingly. An Order creating a footpath from OS Grid ref. ST 8739 3160 leading for 110 metres along the field boundary to the view point has been made concurrently with this Order. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to: Temporarily close to all vehicles: (a) Byway 10 (Part), Durrington; from itsjunction with Fargo Road to itsjunction with Byway12, Amesbury/ A344; (b) Byway 12 (Part), Amesbury; from its junction with Byway 10, Durrington/crossing the A344 over to its junction with A303 (T). And to temporarily close to all vehicles, Pedestrians and Equestrians:

(c) Byway 12 (Part), Amesbury; from its junction with A303 (T) in a southerly direction to its junction with Byway 1, Wilsford cum Lake;



(d) Byway 1 (Part), Wilsford cum Lake; from its junction with Byway 12, Amesbury to its junction with Byway 11, Berwick St James; (e) Byway 11 (Part), Berwick St James; from its junction with Byway 1, Wilsford cum Lake to its junction with Byway 16, Woodford; (f) Byway 16 (Part), Woodford; from its junction with Byway 11, Berwick St James to its junction with A360, Druids Lodge; (g) Byway 11 (Part), Amesbury; from its junction with A303 (T) in a southerly direction to its junction with Byway 2, Wilsford cum Lake; (h) Byway 2, (Part), Wilsford cum Lake; from its junction with Byway 11, Amesbury to its junction with Footpath 3 at Springbottom Farm, Wilsford cum Lake. And to introduce a temporary No Waiting at Any Time restriction on the following lengths of road: (i) A360 (Part) Winterbourne Stoke; from its junction with A303 Longbarrow Roundabout to its junction with A344 (Airman's Corner); (j) A360 (Part) Winterbourne Stoke; from its junction with A344 (Airman's Corner) in a westerly direction towards Shrewton for a distance of approximately 1km; (k) B3086 (Part) Winterbourne Stoke/Shrewton; from its junction with A360/ A344 (Airman's Corner) in a northerly direction to its junction with The Packway (Rollestone Crossroads). These Orders are made to ensure public safety during the period of the Solstice celebration at Stonehenge. Sections (a) and (b) will come into operation at 17:00 on Thursday 21 December 2017 and will remain in force until 12 noon on Friday



22 December 2017. Sections (c) - (h) will come into operation at 00:01 on Monday 18 December2017 and will remain in force until 00:01 on Saturday



23 December 2017. Sections (i) - (k) will come into operation at 06:00 on Thursday 21 December 2017 and will remain in force until 12 noon on Friday 22 December 2017. Entry to the sections of byway indicated by (a) to (b) will be conditional upon permits to be issued by English Heritage. The Orders for sections (a) - (h) will have a maximum duration of six months.
