I give notice that Raymond Brown Quarry Products Ltd is applying to Wiltshire Council for planning permission for the Variation of conditions 2 and 3 of planning approval 16/09386/ WCM (Proposed extension of Brickworth Quarry (Minerals Local Plan Site Allocation Areas A and B) for the extraction of sand, infill with imported inert materials and quarry waste and restoration to commercial forestry and agriculture at original ground levels; retention of plant site and storage areas) to allow for a revised plan to regularise the restoration scheme for surface water management and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. The order comes into force on 4 January 2018, but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the 11 January 2018 as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.

NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF TEMPORARY PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 THE WILTSHIRE COUNCIL WHITEPARISH 2 (PART) TEMPORARY DIVERSION ORDER 2017
On 4 January 2018, Wiltshire Council confirmed the above order made under Section 257 and 261 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The effect of the order as confirmed is to temporarily divert Whiteparish 2 running from OSGR SU 2333-2295, in a broadly south-westerly direction for approximately
354m to OSGR SU 2303-2276, then in a broadly southerly
direction for approximately 266m to OSGR SU 2302-2249, to a new route at OSGR SU 2333-2295, in a broadlysouth-easterly direction for approximately 101m to OSGR SU 2339-2287, then in a broadly south-westerly direction for
approximately 298m to OSGR SU 2319-2268, then in a
broadly south-south-easterly direction for approximately
100m to OSGR SU 2324-2260, then leading in a broadly
south-westerly direction for approximately 249m to OSGR
SU 2302-2249, having a width of 2m.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Norfolk Road (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with Essex Square for a distance of approximately 200m in a westerly direction to enable Tarmac to carry out patching work on the carriageway. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 5 February 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 16 February 2018. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months.
