Licensing Act 2003 Dunkirk Social Club is applying for the variation of a Club Premises Certificate for 23 Church Street, Amesbury, SP4 7EU.
The variation, if granted, is to enable the following activities to take place:
? Recorded music (Indoors) & sale of alcohol (ON Sales): Monday-Thursday 11:00-23:00, Friday-Saturday 11:00-01:00 next day, Sunday 12:00-23:00 Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to Wiltshire Council, Public Protection - Licensing, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1ER or via email at publicprotectionnorth@wiltshire.gov.uk Representation may be made up to 28 days from the date of this notice.
A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by Wiltshire Council, Public Protection - Licensing, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1ER.
The application can be viewed by prior appointment. It is an offence under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
