Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2010 The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 12/07/2018 quoting the reference number. House. A copy of the Order and plan may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order will come into operation on 25 June 2018.
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: A345 (Part), Savernake; from its junction with Manton Drove for a distance of approximately 3.12km in a southerly direction to enable Eurovia to undertake works for carriageway resurfacing, surface dressing and road markings. Alternative route via A345 (unaffected length) - A342 - A338 - A346 - A345 (unaffected length) and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order, which previously came into operation on 15 March 2018, will now recommence on 25 June 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for five days. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. Alternative route via A345 (unaffected length) - A342 -A338 - A346 - A345 (unaffected length) and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order, which previously came into operation on 12 March 2018, will now recommence on 25 June 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for five days. Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 The County of Wiltshire (Chelworth Road, Cricklade) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to introduce a 40mph speed limit on Chelworth Road - from its junction with C70 for a distance of 275 metres in a north easterly direction. Copies of the draft Order, plan and Statement of the Council's Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Details of the proposed scheme may be seen at Cricklade Library, 113 High Street, Cricklade between the hours of 2pm to 5pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10am to 1pm Tuesday and Saturday and 2pm to 7pm Thursday until 16 July 2018. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) The Crossing (Part), Minety; for a distance of approximately 100m either side of the railway level crossing to enable Network Rail to carry out an inspection of the track and replace decking. Alternative route via The Crossing (unaffected length) -Level Crossing Road - Minety Lower Moor - Sawyers Hill -Hornbury Hill - Upper Minety - The Crossing (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 14 July 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one night between the hours of 23.00 and 05.30. from its junction with A429 Burton Hill to its junction with The Street to enable Tarmac to undertake full width carriageway reconstruction and associated works. Alternative route via A429 - B4040 - B4696 - B4042 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 25 June 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required nightly between the hours of 19.00 and midnight until 3 July 2018. Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (Parishes of North Wiltshire) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2018 (Amendment No.2) Order 2018 Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in Sutton Benger in the Parishes of North Wiltshire Consolidation Order 2018 by the insertion of new Map Schedule No. CB44 the effect of which will be as follows: (a) To introduce No Waiting at any time on Chestnut Road - south side -from a point 13 metres west of its junction with Queens Close for a distance of 31 metres in an easterly direction; Queens Close - both sides - from its junction with Chestnut Road for a distance of 10 metres; (b) To introduce No Waiting at any time (School Keep Clear) on Chestnut Road - south side -from a point 18 metres east of its junction with Queens Close for a distance of 33 metres in an easterly direction. Notice is hereby given that on 12 June 2018 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to introduce a 40mph speed limit on C15 - from a point 95 metres north west of its junction with Briar Leaze to a point 30 metres south of the driveway entrance to property known as Dugdales Farm
