LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that New Forest Hotels PLC has applied to New Forest District Council on 31st August 2018 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Buriey Manor Hotel, Ringwood Road, Buriey, Ringwood, BH24 4BS. The application seeks to provide the following licensable activities: Performance of live musk-10.-00-01:00- Mondays to Sundays; Playing of recorded music-100041:00-Mondays to Sundays; Performance of dance- 10.-00-01:00- Mondays to Sundays; Late night refreshment- 2300 until 05.-00- Mondays to Sundays; Sale or supply of alcohol- 00.-00-00:00-Mondays to Sundays; Anything of a similar description that that falling within E.F.G- 100001:00 Mondays to Sundays. Any persons having observations on this application should submit them in writing within 28 days from the date of display of this notice to: The Licensing Manager, New Forest District Councif Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, S043 7PA, or email lJcerrarg@nftk.gov.uk, The application can be viewed at the above address during normal office hours. Representations must be received by the Licensing Authority by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any representation in considering the application that complies with the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003, the Regulations made thereunder and relates to at least one of the licensing objectives, being the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
