The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 18/04/2019 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.

Sedgehill and Semley; from its junction with Tokes Lane to its junction with Semley Gates Crossing Road to enable Wessex Water to replace existing water mains. Alternative route: via Semley Common (unaffected length) -
A350 - B3089 - High Street - C302 - Bratch Farm Lane - C298 - C43 and
vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 22 April 2019 and the closure will be required until 09 August 2019. For further information please

will have a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 1. The County of Wiltshire (St Clements Way and Manning Close, Laverstock and Ford) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2019
(previously advertised as 2018) 2. The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Amesbury) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Loading and Unloading)
Order 2019 (previously advertised as 2018A) Notice is hereby given that on 19 March 2019 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act of 1984") and the Traffic Management Act 2004 the effect of which will be as follows: - Order 1 - To introduce No waiting at any time on the following lengths of roads: St Clements Way - north side - from a point 5 metres east of its junction with Sycamore Drive to a point 9 metres west of its junction with The Crusades; St Clements Way - south side - from a point 9 metres east of its junction with Sycamore Drive to a point 9 metres west of its junction with The Crusades; Manning Close - both sides - from its junction with St Clements Way for a distance of 5 metres in a north easterly direction. Order 2 - To revoke The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Amesbury) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Order 2017 and The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Amesbury) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting Loading and Unloading) Order 2018 and re-enact them in part in the above Order 2 for administrative purposes only (no changes will take place on the ground).
A copy of the Orders and plans may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Orders and desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in the Orders on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the Act of 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984 or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
The Orders will come into operation on 1 April 2019.
SECTION 70 LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1976 HACKNEY CARRIAGE AND PRIVATE HIRE VEHICLE AND
OPERATOR FEES
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council in accordance with the provisions of Section 70 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, intend to vary the fees for Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Licences and Private Hire Operator Licences. They will be applicable within the Wiltshire Council area as detailed below with effect from 1st May 2019 (or on a date, being not later than two months from the first date, if objection is made).

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (Old Southampton Road and Tozer Way, Alderbury) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 the effect of which will be to introduce No Waiting at any time on Old Southampton Road - both sides - from a point 14 metres north of its junction with Tozer Way for a distance of 30 metres in a southerly direction; Tozer Way - south side - from its junction with Old Southampton Road for a distance of 38 metres in a westerly direction; Tozer Way - north side - from its junction with Old Southampton Road for a distance of 5 metres in a westerly direction. Copies of the draft Order, plan and Statement of the Council's Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Details of the proposed scheme may be seen at Salisbury Library, Market Place SP1 1BL between the hours of 10am to 7pm Monday, 9am to 7pm Tuesday and Friday, 9am to 5pm Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday until 23 April 2019. Documents can also be viewed online at www.wiltshire.gov.uk/troconsultations.htm. Comments on the proposal together with the reasons for which they are made should be sent in writing or via the website to reach the Sustainable Transport Group by 23 April 2019 quoting reference LJB/TRO/ALDE.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) A3026 Tidworth Road (Part), Ludgershall and Tidworth; from its junction with Wellesley Road for approximately 800 metres in a westerly direction to enable R&W Traffic Management to carry out inlay and resurfacing. Alternative route: A3026 (unaffected length) - A338 - A342 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 22 April 2019 and the closure will be required until 26 April 2019.
