SALISBURY’S newest bakery in the Market Place is celebrating Real Bread Week by baking some unusually flavoured loaves – from nettle to beetroot and beer to roast potato.
Baker Paul Henderson said: “Bread is more than just a vehicle for fillings or marmalade, at its best it can be completely delicious on its own.
“To showcase this we are making nettle bread, wild garlic bread, beetroot bread, beer bread, roast potato and rosemary bread each day to highlight its versatility and taste.”
