CORNISH clothing shop Seasalt is opening in Salisbury.

Seasalt's newest shop in Silver Street is the second shop to be opened by the brand in Wiltshire. 

It is being opened on Saturday, September 30. 

It will take the clothing brands total number of shops to more than 45.

Seasalt co-founder and chairman Neil Chadwick, said: "We're thrilled to be able to bring Seasalt to a city as full of character as Salisbury. It's a brilliant location with great history and beautiful architecture.

"We're looking forward to welcoming everyone to our new shop and to offer our latest collections.”

Seasalt is known for its maritime-inspired clothing and accessories.

The shop will be opened at 9am and the first 20 people in the queue will receive a free Seasalt goody bag. There will also be a complimentary Jute Shopper with every first purchase, until stocks last.

Shoppers will be entertained by shanty singing from the Navy Larks between 11am-3pm.
