A BUSINESS park near Salisbury is now at full capacity following a multi-million pound deal.

High Post Business Park, which has created jobs and brought economic prosperity to the area, has welcomed its final occupant.

On the site, which is being marketed by commercial estate agency Myddelton & Major and Warwick Martel, a range of businesses have occupied premises including Major Tom Ltd, Foray Motor Group, Global Art Supplies and Kong Company.

Myddelton & Major partner Dean Speer said the park is another example of demand throughout Wiltshire.

He said: “High Post Business Park has proved to be exceedingly popular and I am delighted to see it now completely sold.

“It is another example of demand for high quality, strategically-located industrial/warehouse outstripping supply.

“There are many businesses of all sizes across south Wiltshire seeking enhanced premises – and 131,630 people of employment age within a 30-minute drive – so more developments such as High Post would surely be highly marketable.”

The latest sale of the final unit at the site went for £2.3 million to a private occupier.
