WHITEHEAD Vizard LLP have promoted solicitors Jessica Johnston and Claire Speed to partners of the Salisbury-based firm.

Senior Partner, Andrew Hodder said “We are delighted to welcome Jessica and Claire to the Partnership. They have shown that they are both fully committed to providing the high-quality service Whiteheads offers and we look forward to continuing to work with them in their new roles.”

Jessica joined Whitehead Vizard in November 2016 as head of private client dealing with all aspects of wills, trusts and estates.

She said: “I am very pleased to be able to work with and assist those in our local community whilst developing the private client service at Whitehead Vizard. In addition, I am keen to ensure Whitehead’s reputation for excellence and reliability when it comes to legal advice is upheld."

She is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

And Claire is head of the dispute resolution department and joined Whitehead Vizard in September 2017.

She qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and has since specialised in litigation and dispute resolution, working for both national and regional law firms. She is also a member of the Agricultural Law Association and the Country Land and Business Association.

Claire also sits on the Wiltshire Committee of the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution.

Claire said: “I am looking forward to further growing the dispute resolution practice. It is fantastic to be part of a firm that has integrity, drive and a real presence in the communities that we support.”
