Waterstones, on High Street, is currently closed
Waterstones at 7-9 High Street, Salisbury, is currently closed due to "unforeseen circumstances".
A notice on the shop door says the store will be opening "later today".
Employees are hoping to rectify the situation and open as soon as possible.
Waterstones has been contacted for comment.
