This evening a comedy duo who have been compared to Morecombe and Wise will be performing at a Salisbury pub.
The Winchester Gate, on Rampart Road, will host The Raymond And Mr Timpkins Revue for a comedy evening tonight (Tuesday, November 2).
Having won Comedian of the Year 2019 at the UK Comedy Awards and performing in venues such as the London Palladium, critics have likened them to Morecombe and Wise and the Two Ronnies.
Warming up the evening will be Abi Clarke, the Bristol comedian who gained nearly 15 million likes on TikTok during lockdown, and is seen on Sky’s Dating No Filter.
The night will also feature Fiona Ridgewell, who was nominated for Best Debut Show at the Leicester Comedy Festival last year, and Alex Kitson, one of the South West’s up-and-coming acts.
They will performed in the pub's covered outdoor theatre tent.
The show starts at 7.30pm, with food served from 5pm to 7.15pm.
Tickets are £6 in advance or £8 on the door.
