THE CELEBRATION of the city’s independent businesses continues up to Christmas with Salisbury BID funding a branded tote bag.

The new bags will be free to shoppers who spend over £20 in participating independent businesses but there is a limited number available.

This is all a part of the celebration of the city’s independent businesses.

Business manager at Salisbury BID, Dan Collins said: “There are many reasons to shop with our local indies: and the large number of unique shops keeps the city centre vibrant; they help entice visitors and the money we spend in them is kept in the local economy.

“We see these bags as a thank you for supporting Salisbury's independents this Christmas.”

Salisbury has more than 200 independent businesses in the city and from Friday, December 9, the tote bags will be available at independent businesses including:
