MenKind recently opened its eighth location in the Southwest at the Old George Mall in Salisbury.
The shop, which specialises in gifts, gadgets and collectables, opened the Salisbury location on Friday, August 18.
Before the new location opened its doors, the nearest location that Salisbury residents could visit a MenKind store was in Southampton.

Assistant manager James Slater said he remembered seeing people from Salisbury when he worked at the Southampton store, and many are pleased to see the shop in town.
“A lot of our customers tend to come from Salisbury at the Southampton store, so a lot of people have come through the door and been like, ‘When did you guys open?’
“More shocked than anything. Most of them have been happy to see us.”
James said he expects business to increase after the opening of Primark and nearer Christmas, which is traditionally a busy time for MenKind locations.
James said: “I imagine once Primark opens and more people realise we’re here, I reckon business will pick up, especially around Christmas because we’re mainly like a gift store.”
James added the Salisbury location has its own identity but retains the character of MenKind shops.
He said: “It’s a little bit smaller but has all the quirkiness.
“We sell pretty much most of the same stuff.”
