A SHOP in the city centre has officially announced its closure today.
JO JO Maman Bebe located in Silver Street is a clothing chain selling clothes for mothers, babies, and children all with a French influence.
The shop has been in situ for some years providing baby gifts and maternity clothes.
Today, (Tuesday, August 29) a sign was posted in the shop window stating "The time has come to say goodbye.
"We hope you can continue to visit us at your nearest local stores in Lymington and Winchester or shop online".
The shop will close for good on Saturday, September 16.
The company was approached for comment but declined to comment on the closure.
