YULETIDE treats, wreath-making or a woodland-inspired pantomime performance are just three possibilities available at Moors Valley Country Park this winter.
Visitors can pick their own tree when the Christmas Tree shop opens on Saturday, November 25 stocking a range of British grown fir and spruce trees in all shapes and sizes.
Marketing manager for Forestry England at Moors Valley, Melanie Keddie, said: “There’s so much on offer this Christmas at Moors Valley Country Park and Forest.

"It’s a really special place to come with the family to pick the perfect Christmas tree and enjoy spending time in our very own forest winter wonderland. We are open every day over the festive period, apart from Christmas day, making it the great place to meet up with friends and family to enjoy some yuletide fun in the beautiful woodlands.”

Forestry England's experts will be on hand to help pick out the perfect tree and to give tips on how to look after it throughout the holiday period.
There's a Christmas Quiz Trail in the woodlands and a special interactive performance of Robin Hood on December 18 and the wreath-making class is eco-friendly using foraged natural foliage and winter treasures.
