A KEBAB shop in Salisbury has been told by food hygiene inspectors that it requires 'major improvement'.
Saray Kebab and Pizza, in Endless Street, was visited by the Food Standards Agency on October 19.
The inspector found the takeaway's handling of food and cleanliness and condition of facilities "generally satisfactory" but its management of food safety needs "major improvement".
On Friday, November 17, the takeaway was handed a food hygiene rating of one out of five.

A manager at Saray, who did not want to share his full name, told the Journal that the owner had "changed the broken flooring" following the inspection.
He said "everything is perfect now" and that the Food Standards Agency would return "in one to two weeks" for a reinspection.
