"THE LARGEST arts and craft retailer" in the country is planning on coming to Salisbury, it can be revealed.
Hobbycraft has tabled plans to rebrand a shop on Southampton Road.
The company wants to display two replacement signs on the front of the former Argos store on the Dolphin Trading Estate on Southampton Road, Salisbury.
This is the one next to the Next store.
Hobbycraft describes itself as the largest arts and crafts retailer in the UK, adding: "We've got everything you need for art, knitting and crochet, haberdashery, papercraft, wedding and party, baking, jewellery making and more."
When contacted by Hobbycraft, it told the Journal: "As the UK’s largest arts and crafts retailer, we are continuously looking to expand our services to support local crafters across the UK, and that includes sites in the Salisbury area.”
