THE ground floor of a city centre building is up for let.
The property, at 66 New Canal, previously solely housed Noir but estate agents Myddelton and Major are looking for a new tenant to occupy the building's ground floor.
The hair salon will operate from the top two floors. The building will be shared by two businesses.
Priced at £1,000 per month for the initial 12-month term, the cost of the licence agreement covers business rates, building insurance and utility costs.
Myddelton and Major said the 245-square-foot ground floor space would "ideally suit" a variety of retail or studio businesses "seeking a high profile city centre position".
