FOOD hygiene ratings have recently been awarded to four food establishments located in or around Salisbury according to information published on the Food Standards Agency.
Food hygiene ratings provide scores based on performance in three categories - hygienic food handling, cleanliness and condition of facilities and buildings, and management of food safety.
The ratings go from zero to five.

The Coach and Horses pub in Winchester Street in Salisbury was rated a five. The inspection took place on Tuesday, January 2.
The Salisbury Arms in Endless Street also received a five rating with the inspection taking place on Thursday, December 7.
Cafe
A Date with Thyme located on Stonehenge Walk, in Amesbury has been awarded a five. The inspection took place on Thursday, December 21.
Takeaway
The Downton Grill & Kebab located at The Borough in Downton was inspected on Thursday, December 7 and also, received a five.
