STREET sellers are returning to Salisbury next month, April, promising to bring "huge amounts of fun for all the family".

Artisans, arts and crafts stalls, activities as well as food and drink vendors will be popping up in Market Place every second Sunday of the month, starting from April 14 and ending on October 13.

The stalls, which will showcase vintage, artisan and other handmade products, shall open from 10am until 4pm.

There will be a different theme for each second Sunday of every month, kicking off with Dino Day on April 14.

A spokesperson for Salisbury City Council said: "Young dinosaur fans will be taken back to the Jurassic period with a dino-dig, workshops and a dinosaur meet and greet."

Other themes to look forward to include Pet Lovers Sunday on June 9 and a Farmyard Fiesta on September 8.

The spokesperson added: "From jewellery and art to jams and gifts, Salisbury Street Sellers supports local makers and provides a unique shopping experience.

"Whether you are an established trader, have a small home business or a hobby making craft items, the market is a relaxed and cost-effective place to sell in the heart of Salisbury.

"Salisbury City Council is particularly keen to encourage and support small enterprises and business start-ups so Salisbury Street Sellers gives you the opportunity to be a street seller, with prices starting at just £12."
